    Don`t hink that would happen,probably to much trouble trying to go thru courts in another country ,would not be worth the trouble or expense for them to go after a few canadians

    dtv came after Canadians for theft of there signal
    you can bet your ass they will come after Canadian end users just a matter of time
    if you got something out of some ones post please hit the thanks button some times its better then getting paid

    Has any one recived a certified mail , letter . Sender name KUSD , i just recived today is the letter have to be a register letter or i could be certified, i nead to pick this at the postal service now i don't now what is this letter ! Should i recived this or just let them send it back!

    may as well pick it up, ignoring it will not make the problem go away and for those that already did well it really just made the financial problem worse

    Only way to find out from whom it is is to go and pick it up
    I did some search on those 4 letters and maybe its from a K--------- Unified School District
    if you have any association of some sort or can maybe be a US secure payment company maybe even KUSD Blogs..

    that we dont need to know maybe you know and you dont need to post anything info on here thats your private matters

    but if you go and pick and is of nothing of major down fall then u can just post say it was money refund from 5 years ago.. lol

    Seems like people who ignored the letter got taken to the cleaners and some settled before going to court, but it doesn't seem like anyone has managed to settle for a lower amount than that was demanded.

    If they did come after them did they actually receive a judgement against them? I think its highly unlikely they would go to all the trouble of sending it through the Canadian legal system.

    I agree i think it is highly unlikely that they would bother going through all that trouble
    and expense for a few canadians that they probably would not be able to prosecute
