    Default firmware upgrade

    hello, just got a new ilink 9100 and trying to load the latest file to it. my thumb drive has been formatted to fat32 and i am repeatedly getting cannot upgrade error. has anyone experienced this

    What file is currently loaded and what file are you trying to load? I assume the file on your flash drive is unzipped?

    i am running the june bin files (2k120612_IS_9100_0011_P.zip), and yes it is unzipped
