Default I-Link 9600 HD Locking up

I read the review, but I am still unsure how exactly FTA Pro was able to get the box not to freeze.

Basically the box freezes after loading the new file, as soon as you attempt to enter the Satellite, TP, Add/Edit Channel menu. The box locks up and freezes, and this is WITHOUT an 8psk.

Does anyone have any suggestions in regard to addressing this?

Sounds like the New Receivers has same problems as the old Ilink9500HD.

I myself will never again purchase any Ilink receivers.

I have heard the file you put in is looking for the 8PSK board.

That could make sense.... There may not be a factory tuner in these ones

well the thing is.. I have tried the bin with an 8PSK board and without.. (SV900) and yes the ilink does come with a factory tuner.. I had to remove it when I installed the 8psk.

Looks like is defect, my buddy just got the receiver and same problem, freezes up with 8PSK and with the factory tuner, after going back and forth, started working, at this point of time not sure why is doing this

It might be a bit of a pain to send a looped receiver back. It's not like it got looped by being plunged in. Obviously someone loaded something onto the box.
